The New Residential Project – Milan (Italy)
The New Residential Project is a real estate development project located in Milan, promoted by Palladium Italia Srl and Mazzalveri & Comelli Spa, the two Italian developers, co-owners, and sponsors of this project.
The New Residential Project offers investors a unique opportunity to invest in a multifunctional project located in one of Milan’s key areas, boasting a strong infrastructure with highway connections to Turin and Venice, Linate and Malpensa airports, the urban transport network, the high-speed train station, and the MIND area, home to a redevelopment project to accommodate a new “science city.”
The Transforming Neighborhood
Predominantly residential, it has a unique balance that fosters a sense of belonging among its residents. It is included in the “Neighborhood Plan,” a broad redevelopment process that will involve both private and public spaces, envisioned in the PGT Milano 2030 and implemented by the City of Milan. Several development projects undertaken by private developers are planned to contribute to its transformation. It will see the implementation of the PR2 Recovery Plan, already approved by the City of Milan, which will modify both private and public spaces.
Located in the Gallaratese district, a short walk from Monte Stella Park and the historic Bonola shopping center, where municipal services and the Municipio 8 headquarters are located, near the new Mind district and close to the San Siro area and the iconic City Life district.
The public park, with a space for recreation and pet-friendly amenities, equipped with smart supplies and equipment, along with the gardens of private buildings, will be the green engine of the initiative for the well-being of the neighborhood’s residents.
The existing nursery school will be replaced by a new, more modern one, built in compliance with the highest well-being standards, and will be an important point of reference for families. The reduction in traffic volume on the current Via de Gasperi will allow for the creation of a linear green park with a pedestrian and cycle path directly connected to the city’s cycle and pedestrian network.
